João Feiteiro is a co-founder of FEITEIROARAUJO and a recognized authority in Corporate Law, with strategic expertise in business restructuring, complex corporate transactions, and corporate governance. He holds a Law degree from PUC-SP, an LL.M in Corporate Law from INSPER, and a specialization from IBGC. João combines deep legal knowledge with sharp business insight, delivering secure and sustainable solutions for companies in Brazil and abroad. His distinctive strength lies in transforming business challenges into growth strategies, always focused on continuity and long-term stability.
Arthur Araujo is a co-founder of FEITEIROARAUJO and a leading expert in business restructuring and complex negotiations. With extensive experience in Corporate Law, he has worked in the legal departments of major companies and played a key role in some of Brazil’s most significant insolvency cases, advising debtors, creditors, and investors in judicial recovery and bankruptcy proceedings. A specialist in contracts and debt restructuring, Arthur holds certifications from EPD, LEX Editora, ESA, and INSPER. He has also served on the Business Law Commission of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) and TMA Brazil. His practice blends strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to business continuity and resilience — turning legal challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth.
